Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support our team on a home-based, flexible part-time schedule. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and follow instructions accurately. The primary responsibility will be to assist with payroll processing, including printing checks, data entry, and dispatching checks to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase orders and checks for verification and signature
  • Mail checks to customers and staff accurately and on time
  • Enter check vouchers into appropriate accounts
  • Organize files and perform data entry tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of all processed payroll items
  • Follow all company procedures and compliance guidelines

Requirements

  • Reliable broadband internet connection at home
  • Computer and printer available at home
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data
